Terms
- Free to use: no account on this site and no cookies.
- Veliane.org is a separate service with its own Terms and Privacy Policy.
- For adults aged 18 and over.
1. Who we are
The service is published by a micro-entrepreneur registered in France, SIREN 927924621. VAT is not applicable (article 293 B of the French tax code). Contact: contact@aplusz.app.
The site is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA.
2. What the service is
Find me a partner is a calm information page for adults who want a serious life partner. It offers a short list of questions to think about and a button that opens Veliane.org.
Using this page is free. It does not match you with anyone and does not keep a profile about you.
3. Veliane.org is a separate service
The button on this page opens Veliane.org, a matchmaking platform with its own Terms and Privacy Policy. Once you open it, those rules apply. Meet new people in a public place first, and look after yourself.
4. Adults only
This page is for adults aged 18 and over.
5. Fair use
Use the page for yourself. Please do not overload or attack it, or copy its content in bulk. We can block access when these rules are broken.
6. Your data
This page keeps almost nothing about you: only a one-way visitor hash for the counter, as the Privacy page explains.
You have the rights of access, correction, erasure, portability and objection, and you can complain to the French data protection authority (CNIL). More detail is on the Privacy page.
7. Availability and liability
We work to keep the service running but cannot promise it will never be interrupted. It is provided as it is.
Nothing in these Terms limits your rights as a consumer, or liability that the law does not allow us to exclude, including for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by our fault. Otherwise, and as far as the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
8. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
9. Law and disputes
French law applies. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live. Please contact us first at contact@aplusz.app, and we will try to solve it.
As a consumer you can use a free consumer mediator: CM2C, https://www.cm2c.net. Disputes go to the French courts, unless mandatory law gives you the courts of your home country.
10. Using our content
The public pages and the public API of this site may be used by search engines and AI systems to search, to ground answers and to train models. Please credit the source as: Find me a partner, retrieved on the date you read it, with the address of the page.
